Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools can be deployed on any machine, either virtual or physical, providing a flexible scanning system and ideal choice for mixed environments (physical, virtual and cloud).

2. Bitdefender: Endpoint Security Tools for Windows Legacy

 

As security technologies move forward, some Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools features are no longer supported on older editions of Windows. Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools for Windows Legacy is a different kit designed to protect these Windows editions, making no compromise for the current ones' security.

 

Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools for Windows Legacy cannot be remotely deployed from the GravityZone console. The administrators need to manually install the BEST for Windows Legacy package or use a third-party tool, such as Microsoft SCCM.
